Very hardy, magnificent bamboo. Has yellow culms with green stripes. Culms occasionally zig-zag. Sometimes a single branch may bloom, but the plant continues to grow unperturbed. Don't buy micropropagated plants, they remain juvenile forever. Edible shoots.
